Nestled on 800 acres in the Hudson Valley, Millbrook School resides just 90 miles north of New York City. Millbrook is home to 330 students from 23 states and 15 countries. The campus includes state-of-the-art residential, athletic, arts, and environmental science facilities, including the AZA-accredited Trevor Zoo. Everything that Millbrook School does begins and ends with its mission: In a community where every student is known and needed, Millbrook prepares its students for college and lives of meaning and consequence by instilling the values of respect, integrity, stewardship, service, and curiosity.

Robust community service offerings in which students are involved in at least 4 times a week

Millbrook Engage - A summer internship program that provides financial support, real-world skills and experience, and guidance to Millbrook students as they offer their time and skills to non-profit organizations serving the community.

CES (Culminating Experience for Seniors) - The purpose of this program is to provide our seniors with an opportunity to develop their intellectual independence in a particular discipline or disciplines by engaging in an authentic intellectual project as part of the culmination of their academic career at Millbrook. Seniors are required to present their findings in a formal presentation to members of the Millbrook community.

Independent Science Research - Independent study is a semester-long or year-long directed course of study through which a sixth former or, occasionally, a fifth former may investigate topics of particular interest that may not be covered fully within Millbrook’s academic program

AZA Accredited Trevor Zoo - Students are able to work hands-on with 180 animals and 9 endangered species
